Why STELEKON?
Pronounced steh·luh·kn. STELEKON is for the free thinker who views the world on their terms. Something for those tired of trying to fit into societal norms that just do not speak to them. STELEKON is the cool and nerdy creative brand movement for the People, by the People. We make nerd clothing and stuff for the those who embrace their lifestyles. 

 

 

The New Creative Movement
STELEKON creates imagination that put "cool" and "nerdy" in the same sentence. We want to highlight your passion, not make a meme out of it.

We all seek to be included and accepted for who we are and to be among others like us. We spend our lives pursuing our passions that don't necessarily fit into the "cool" category and sometimes it makes it hard to find a place to fit in. When we do finally find others like us, we feel connected, we grow, we flourish. It's because of this, we created STELEKON. STELEKON is a creative lifestyle for those who are not trying to fit in, who enjoy letting the world know their passions, and want to explore creativity. We are defined by our passion. Whether your an artist, a writer, a gamer, or any other unique minded person, STELEKON was developed for you. It's basic human nature to strive to be among like minded people. For some of us We can finally be ourselves.

 

                    

Nerd culture is the world's culture. Sci-Fi and Fantasy used to be treated as jokes, and now they're consistently at the top of the box office. And even though popular culture appeals and markets itself to nerds, nerds are still seen as a fringe group. Why is that? We're not sure... we just make great art. But what we do know, is that enough is enough, a community known for its pride deserves imaginative visuals that they can be proud of.

The reason we create this is because... we want art and gear like this! The founder of STELEKON learned how to write in Aurebesh for peats sake! We're a strong proponent of "sell to what you know," and we know nerd culture, because we are nerds.

                   

A movement that respects you as much as you respect the canon
Nerds have gotten a bad rap. They're often portrayed wearing mismatched clothes, speaking in incoherent jargon, and being a nuisance. But that's not what being a nerd is actually about. Anyone who identifies as a "nerd" is simply marking themselves as passionate, loyal, connected to something bigger than themselves. Those are things that should be respected, not admonished.

The Importance of the number 12
STELEKON loves the number 12. It's not just because STELEKON was born on 12/12, the number 12 has many strengths. The number twelve carries religious, mythological and magical symbolism, generally representing perfection, entirety, or cosmic order in traditions since antiquity. There are; 12 months in a year, 12 numbers on a clock, 12 days of Christmas, 12 sons of Odin, 12 labors of Hercules, 12 representations of Shiva, 12 gods of Olympus, 12 apostles of Christ, 12 pitch classes in an octave, 12 successors of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, 12 Titans of Greece, 12 tribes of Israel, and most things come in dozens. In ancient Rome, the twelve lictors carried fasces of twelve rods. The Israelites were the twelve sons of the biblical patriarch Jacob. Ishmael, The first-born son of Abraham had 12 son princes. 12 has historically been associated with completeness in the world and we believe in helping to complete you.
